[Kde-pim] Nepomuk always re-index emails. Why?

Me using KDE for 10 years now. However, with KDEPIM 4.9.x it was the first 
time I simply gave up ... and downgraded to KDE 4.8.5 again. IMAP and KDEPIM 
4.9.x is simply unusable.
