[Kde-pim] 4.10 is opened

Hi, 
KDE 4.10 is opened.
But we still have 4.9.x which will use for next 4.9.5 (will release soon)

So for all fix in 4.9 please commit in 4.9 and I will merge in 4.10 and after 
in master.

If it's just a fix for 4.10 commit in 4.10 and I will merge in master

And use master for new improvments.

Please avoid cherry-pick.



(I hope that some program as knotes/kjots/blogilo/ktimetracker will have devs, 
no devs during 4.10... It's too bad...)
