[Kde-pim] kmail dispatcher agent is not remembering my SMTP password

no, i don't have the wallet icon in the systray... however, i /do/ have 
kdewallet installed and running, according to "System Settings -> Account 
Details -> KDE Wallet" and i do /not/ have "Show manager in system tray" 
selected. however, when "Show manager in system tray" is selected, the wallet 
/still/ does not show up in the systray...
