[Kde-pim] some mails disappear

Hello!

Making an import from an old computer, I get a new Folder with
some subfolders and lot of files.
I can see the files:
ls -l /home/guy/.local/share/local-mail/.inbox.directory/.KMail-
Import.directory/new/cur/
...
-rw-r--r-- 1 guy-kde users  5458 17. Dez 16:25 1355757951.R139.castor:2,S

After some minutes (?)/ some actions, some of the mails and subfolders are no 
more visible.
The files are presents on the file system.

Is this correct?
Are there any mechanism which are doing that?
