[Kde-pim] Maildir changes backported to KDE/4.7 branch

Hi,

 i've backported the changes affecting the maildir resource from master to 
KDE/4.7. The only part that is not backported is the optimization of 
fetching the changed parts only by the monitor, as this requires the 
backport of a new API of kdepimlibs.
 Please let me know if you find any regressions. Kevin (krake), I hope I 
didn't broke anything in mixedmaildir. A quick test shows everything is 
fine, but you never know...
