[Kde-pim] Grantlee 0.2.0-rc2 ready for testing

Hi folks,

I've tagged and tarballed grantlee 0.2.0-rc2. Unless there's a build
failure somewhere, this will become grantlee 0.2.0.

Version 0.1.9 had buld issues on maemo/meego (due to the required
cmake version), solaris and bsd (due to file name issues). So I'd like
those tested with this version. There was also a problem with using the
rc1 together with skrooge because of a cmake file not being installed.

The 0.2.x series is backwards compatible with 0.1.x, but I feel it's
time for a number bump.
