Even so:

* Spam mail fetched, akonadi indexes mail.
* Filter moves mail to spam folder or trash: akonadi must delete data, then
index again (unless individual folders can be excluded from indexing)
* Mail gets deleted when trash or spambox is emptied (usually on kmail exit).
Akonadi needs to delete data again.
* User needs to activate akonadiconsole to vacuum database, to clean up after
an unknown number of deleted rows. (So far nothing indicated to me that this
is handeled by akonadi?)

Doing this the right way (afaics):
* Spam mail is fetced, filtered immediately and moved into an unindexed
folder.
* The trash emptying is silent as far as indexing is concerned.
