[Kde-pim] Exchange (MAPI) akonadi resource for calendar and GAL

Hi Robert,

I pulled the code from playground earlier today, and am delighted to report 
some initial success as follows:

	- Kubuntu oneiric, with kdepim 4:4.7.3-0ubuntu0.1~ppa1.

	- Exchange (not sure of version, do you know how to tell?).

	- I configured a profile, and a bunch of calendar events showed up. 

	- Changes to events not yet tried.

	- Address book not yet tried (I'm presently using LDAP).

I did see a couple of segv's; I'll do a bit of investigating before I bug 
you for a fix ;-). Anyway, here are a few things I noticed which are worth 
recording here:

	- Build dependencies kdepim-dev 4:4.7.3-0ubuntu0.1~ppa1 and
	libmapi-dev 1:0.11-1.

	- /usr/bin/kcmshell4 kcm_akonadi_resources did not show *any*
	entries at all.

	- I ended up using the akonadiconsole to Add the new resource.

	- Specifying a bad address for the server in the configuration
	caused a crash.
