[Kde-pim] how to prevent the automatic start of akonadi_control

Difficult to tell. Usually its the Plasma clock applet or the Contact plugin got 
KRunner.

Then it is probably easier to run the X session with failsafe mode or similar 
and then either start Akonadi manually or run startkde to start KDE within 
that X session.
