[Kde-pim] kdepim 4.6 branch

I just happened to notice today that a kdepim 4.6 branch now exists.
Following Allen's proposal a couple of weeks ago to create it, I don't
remember seeing any notification on this list that it was actually to be
done, or when - it would have saved me some time if I'd known.
