I just tested it, and with InvisibleCollectionFetch it doesn't work at all  
(I get only invalid items in the model and the view remains empty),
and with normal fetch I get some items, but somehow the indexes are messed  
up (if I click on some indexes I get the wrong item, and the list suddenly  
jumps..).

I didn't look into it yet, but I'll see if I can apply my patches somehow.
