Summary
-------

The kmail documentation has some obsolete sections like Download Filters, 
The Configure Pop Filter Dialog, The Confirmation Dialog as confirmed by tmcgurie on kdepim at kde.org.

This patch is the result of a quick rush through the docbooks. I have removed/commented all obviously 
obsolete/wrong stuff and added some comments about missing parts to be added later.

Some parts of the docs where I have no clue and need input:
akonadi/storage/backup
imap (no account here)
Crypto Backends

I have added comments with questions like "stil valid? / remove?" to all sections where I'm not sure, please review + comment.

This should go into master asap and then to branch in the first week after tagging of kdepim 4.6.0
