You can find my fixes for invisibleCollectionFetch here:
clones/kdepimlibs/cmollekopf/pimlibsClone.git in the  
invisibleCollectionFetch branch.

The implementation for invisibleCollectionFetch is almost complete,
except for the monitoredItemLinked/monitoredItemUnlinked functions.

I also added the const members itemOnlyId, invisibleEntityId to make it a  
bit more
clear how to use m_childEntites.

I tested this manually and it works for me.
