[Kde-pim] API breakage from kdepim (git master version) when compiled against kdepimlibs 4.6.1

When compiling the latest kdepim version from git, I get the following error:

>From the kdepimlibs 4.6 branch in git I see a comment that both members were 
removed in order not to change the API for 4.6. However I believed that the 
target was to keep kdepim and kdepim-runtime compiling against the 4.6 branch 
until kdepim 4.6 was released.
