[Kde-pim] kres-migrator not running automatically

Hi,


I created a few KResources and mail accounts in 4.4 then installed
kdepim from master just to test the migration.

Mail and kjots migration run fine, but for kres I had to run the
migrator manually.

Anyone know how it's supposed to run?

I noticed kres-migratorrc has:

[Migration]
Version-calendar=2
Version-contact=2

Do we need to bump the target version ?
