I have a simular problem on openSUSE 11.3 and 11.4. I can create the
group in Contacts, and Kmail 1.13.6 displays the group, and sets it in
the TO: field. But it adds my local system domain name and when I send
it it bounces. It apparently does not expand all the other address and
it should not ad the domain name. This was a bug in an earlier version
and was fixed, broke again with 4.6. There is a bug on KDE but I
cannot find it with search.
