[Kde-pim] Missing documentation translations in kdepim-4.5.97.tar.bz2

Hi,

I just had a looked into the tarball kdepim-4.5.97.tar.bz2 and noticed a lot 
of missing language docbooks.

kdepim-4.5.97.tar.bz2/doc has 16 english documentations.

kdepim-4.5.97.tar.bz2/doc-translations has:
ca with 1 doc, but 4 in svn branches/stable/l10n-kde4
de with 2 docs, but 14 in svn
es with 3 docs, but 16 in svn
fr with 1 doc, but 10 in svn
nl with 3 docs, but 12 in svn
ru with 0 doc, but 6 in svn
uk with 4 docs, but 16 in svn

What is the reason for the missing language documentation? Just an oversight?
