Yes, KDEPIM 4.6 was released a couple of weeks ago to separate publicity, so 
KDEPIM 4.7 will be released as normal along with the rest of KDE 4.7.  This is 
probably the first Akonadi version most distro's will ship in mainline rather 
than experimental.
