Ah, this is a neat function. Thanks a lot!

it's not quite what I was trying to describe, though. What I was thinking of 
is the ability to define tabs with different sets of calendars, and potentially 
even different side-by-side views of different selections of calendars.

In my case, I'd be likely to do

 (a) a Kolab Systems overlay view of the most important calendars
 (b) an FSFE overlay view
 (c) a Family overlay view
 (d) a side-by-side view of the project participants per project

Is this clearer now?
