Good. And you are most likely running a newer version of Akonadi anyway where 
we removed usage of that setting.
Only copying headers was one of the results of not having that enabled.

Yeah. We missed that train about two years ago when attempting to make mail 
migration similar to kresource migration.
Would have been better to have no migration on KMail2 startup but detect 
KMail1 setup and offer optional import.

We can probably still do that for the next batch of enterprise distribution 
releases.
