I am also annoyed by the conflict dialogs. They come up apparently randomly 
and you usually have no idea what has changed, unless you take the time to 
go through the two variants and compare. You most probably cannot/won't do 
it as an email can be rather long with the headers.
So I randomly press left or right. :(

Anyway, I suspect the filters modifying the headers to cause the issue, 
including spam filters.
