[Kde-pim] KDEPIM 4.6 Instructions & Dependencies

Howdy,

I'd like to make a checklist on how to setup and build my own KDEPIM 4.6
to have the best chance of making it all work out-of-the-box.

Here's what I have so far.

Before starting, make sure to:
1. Backup your existing data?  needed? if so, what should be backed-up?
   .kde/share/config/[kmailrc,mailtransports,emailidentities,...] 
   .kde/share/apps/kmail
2. ?

If you have an existing 4.4.x installation:
1. ?
2.

Cleanup potential problems from playing with pre-release versions of 4.6:
1. remove kmail2rc
2. remove .local/share/akonadi
3. remove  ?

Make sure you have the following dependencies installed:
Akonadi 1.x.y
Virtuoso x.y
Soprano x.y
kdepimlibs 4.6.x
others?

Anything else?
