[Kde-pim] Duplicate local folders with KMail2

Hi All,

Hoping someone would have an insight on how I can troubleshoot and try fix my 
issue.

I started from scratch with KMail2, I'm using kolab  and one pop account.

Basically one of the problems I'm having is duplicate "Local Folders". I've 
tried removing "Local Folders" from KMail2 and from akonadiconsole that didn't 
seem to help.

There is only one "Local Folders" resource in akonadiconsole but two local 
folders in kmail2.

Any idea, anyone seen this?
