FWIW, I finally managed to build master from the ground-up the other day.
>From source I installed the following:
raptor2-2.0.4
rasqal-0.9.26
redland-1.0.13
virtuoso-opensource-6.1.3
shared-desktop-ontologies-0.7.1
Then soprano built ok and so did kdelibs/nepomuk.
The rest was easy.
