[Kde-pim] Ressource Migration tool - always starting at startup

Dear all,

Even after several days/weeks of using Kontact2/Kmail2 etc the Migration tool 
does pop up each time at

* KDE login
* Kontact startup

How can it be stopped?

Second:

I's been reported before, but there is also an error message about 
"bridge-resources "WBxY9EPEwB" has no standard resource"

Unfortunately, this message doesn't really help towards a solution, as the 
given naming can nowhere be related to any resource.

This is shown for addressbooks and for organizer resources.


How far is the migration manual?
