[Kde-pim] MBox resource - unable to reliably display more than one message

Hi all,

Whilst verifying the content of new commit hooks through local mailer
delivery, then viewing the mailers spool file, I discovered that
Akonadi's MBox resource locks up and becomes unresponsive after trying
to read the first message (which it does display).

It also complains of an attempted write if it is set to read-only
mode. The files were tested in an environment with full permissions to
access the file.

Please find attached two mbox files which cause this to occur, as well
as the log of the Akonadi Server and KMail.
