This is the plan, SVN will be open for commits until late today or early 
Saturday. I'll do the conversion and push to git today but keep git read only.
Any commits to SVN before it is set to read only will be applied to git by me.

At the same time as git is opened for pushes SVN will be closed.

That way I can do the bulk of the work today and we still keep 
kdelibs/kdebase/kdepimlibs moves close together in time.
