Move the kdepimlibs module to git (hence the mail to kde-pim only, but I guess 
I could have been clearer on that).

As for the double inconvienience kdepimlibs is not a high volume commit module 
so if we don't delete the svn copy untill Saturday I think that that point is 
mostly covered.
