In my case, I usually just send these patches for in-mail review. Most
of the time they are also in some repository, so people just fetch from
my remote and test the patches locally.

In general, however, people just save the mails locally and then use
`git am' -- see gitworkflows(7) or any guide about managing patches to
the Linux kernel.
