[Kde-pim] Akonadi architecture: a serious performance bottleneck

Is there a bug report to track this issue? I think it does increase confidence 
in akonadi/kmail2 if people know that the slowness is known and its causes 
identified. It means that it can/will be solved and is not something they have 
to live with forever when using the new kdepim.
