[Kde-pim] Default SMTP ISN'T

So, I have multiple SMTP accounts. I have configured KMail to use one of them 
by default. Somehow, KMail has gotten screwed up so that it defaults to a 
*different* account for sending. How do I fix this so I don't have to open each 
message that fails to send and change the "mail transport"???
