[Kde-pim] Akonadi: single database design mistake?

Ok, then it seems that KMail could use some optimization there as well. 
Cause it takes ages to display any contents of that 250000+ mail folder in 
KMail via IMAP over local at least 1 GBit based network (1 GBit from the 
workstation or laptop, 10 GBit in the backend).
