As my recent pathc (posted here about the folder sorting) proves, this is 
true only for local folders. For IMAP, finding the way if it is an inbox or 
not is not that easy and straightforward. Look at the code there 
(http://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/103317/), you will see how it is done.
