[Kde-pim] Some KMail2 issues

In Kmail1, with IMAP accounts, they were listed on top. In Kmail2, they're 
not.
They do display with different icons.

In order to "fix" this, would I need to add an Attribute with that name and 
value of "inbox", "sent-mail",... for Inbox, Sent,... respectively?
