Yes, this happens also if you use any "rewrite-header" rule.
And with spamassasin (and bogofilter) I also see cases when the message is 
not moved to the spam folder. :(

Is anyone working on filters at all? I did the original porting, and 
although always planned to fix at least the spam and conflict issue, never 
had time to do it...
