Thomas you did the special collections stuff, right? It looks like this is 
failing to create only some folders.

Guy, start akonadiconsole and check the permissions in the Local Folders sub 
collections like inbox, sent etc. Are all the boxes ticked? In the agents 
tab, try clicking configure to see the path of the Local Folders resource. 
Navigate to that path. Are the folders there and do they have the right 
permissions? Note that it's maildir, so if the path is something like 
~/.local/mail/abc123, the content is in ~/.local/mail/.abc123.directory or 
so. Note that it's hidden, so use ls -a.

Kevin could this be something to do with a botched migration?
