[Kde-pim] Spell check highlighting in KMail broken

Hi,

In my KMail from KDE 4.4.x, using kdelibs and kdepimlibs master, I don't see 
any spell check highlighting anymore. Spellcheck itself works, if I right-
click a misspelled word the suggestions for corrections come up, so it is just 
the actual red underline highlighting that is broken.

Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
