Those resources are provided by the specific test environment. We have several 
of those spread through kdepim[libs], you'd need the one in 
kdepimlibs/akonadi/tests/unittestenv/config.xml. In there you see it creates 
three Knut resources (those are simple test resources working on an XML 
serialization of the Akonadi data structures), the corresponding data files 
and resource configuration are somewhere in that folder as well.

There's also a page on techbase explaining the file format etc.
