[Kde-pim] Address book and korganizer empty when using groupDAV (with egroupware)

Hi all

I am trying to use the KDE PIM with my egroupware server.
I can successfully add the egroupware server and also sync my address book and 
calendar, how ever the address book stays always empty.

I had the same issue when I added my google address book and calendar, but 
could solve it with rebuilding de packages myself. (See 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=264861#c33)

I am using Kubuntu Natty (11.04 beta 1),
KDE 4.6.2
KDE PIM 4.6 beta 4 (4:4.5.94.1-0ubuntu1~ppa3)

In kaddressbook, when I open the folder properties of my egroupware address 
book, it shows me (correctly) that there are 290 objects.
Also, when I open the Akonadi console and do a sync, I can see all the vcf's 
and their correct content.

With the calendar it's the same issue. In Akonadi console I see all the 
entries, but in Korganizer none are shown.

Did somebody have this issue before and successfully solve it?
