[Kde-pim] version header for libakonadi-kde?

Someone was asking on #kontact how to detect the version of libakonadi-kde 
that his app (plasmoid, actually) is compiled against.
Seems only cmake magic could do this, so I thought how about installing a 
version header? Much easier to use.
Patch is here, please confirm/deny.
