[Kde-pim] New serializer plugin metadata

Hi all!

Some of the recent improvements on payload handling seem to require a new meta 
data entry in the serilalizer .desktop files: X-Akonadi-Class

I didn't find any documentation on that so I copied the one from the addressee 
serializer into those I am working on (changing the classname).

From the plugin loader code it looks like this entry is now required, is this 
correct?
