Usually the cause is that the poster is using GMail which is set up that way.  
However, I think you are a KMail user?  If so, visit the mailman address in 
the footer (https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-pim) and check your 
preferences.  (You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page, to get the 
link for unsubscribing or editing preferences).
