[Kde-pim] Relicensing Approval GPL -> LGPL

Howdy PIMsters,

I hereby grant express prior approval to re-license any source code
containing my individual "winter at kde.org" copyright you might find
in the kdepim module from the GNU General Public License (any version)
to the GNU Lesser General Public License (any version).

This does *not* apply to work I may have copyrighted under my employer.

Just make the change as needed for the good of the KDE project; there is no
need to contact me about such license changes.
