[Kde-pim] Akonadi moves to Git

Hi,

After the last announcement and after talking with Volker, I opened a
Sysadmin ticket in order to move the Akonadi server from
kdesupport/akonadi to the new Git infrastructure.

The migration is now complete and you should update your Akonadi
checkout right now.

You may also browse the history on gitweb.kde.org:

Finally, the reviewboard URL changes and is now
http://git.reviewboard.kde.org (the Akonadi group will be added soon).
