[Kde-pim] Mail migration status

Short follow up.

Replacing of all "path based folder identifiers" with "collection based folder 
identifiers" should work now as well.

However, what I've discovered while doing and checking my implementation is 
that the normal/online IMAP also seems to store at least headers and index 
files in apps/kmail/imap.

Are those really just local caches, i.e. at all times present at the server, 
or should I import them as well?
