Thorsten, I may be a bit late, I just now found this thread again. I
will send a list if you like, but this bug has made me switch away
from KDE-PIM:

When editing text notes of recurring items, Korganizer modifies all
future items and deletes all past items:

That issue has been a confirmed dataloss issue by many users, yet
pleas on list have gone unanswered.

Right now I am installing Gnome-based systems instead of KDE-based
systems (Ubuntu instead of Kubuntu) for users who use PIM applications
due to this and some other issues. Mind you that Gnome has it's
problems, but none of them are dataloss.
