As far as I know, no one has started Tcl/Tk bindings yet. A working akonadi 
library needs to be able to consume and produce DBus communications and 
IMAP-like communications. Does tcl have that kind of capability?

I wrote some proof of concept python bindings if that could help? 

Finishing an akonadi language binding is definitely not a small job though.
