[Kde-pim] pim planet

http://pim.planetkde.org/ is up, as discussed in osna. Main purpose is the rss feed which we can use on the pim site. But stand alone it is nice too. Header image will be replaced. Add yourself to config if your feed is missing, it is in svn in almost the same place as the planetkde config.
