[Kde-pim] Akonadi deployment issues

As suggested by wstephenson this ought to be a thread on deployment issues 
occuring with Akonadi.

At Kubuntu we mostly hear about mysql startup warnings:

For this vkrause created a fix:

Apparently above solutions also need to be enhance to run mysql_upgrade when 
mysql was upgraded. For example 5.0->5.1 exhibits similar issues to what is to 
be seen with a new 5.1 database.
