Just what I said in my previous mail:
"Casey did that in the past, and it got reverted and moved inside the resource 
as it was the only consumer. So don't change that again please."

You apparently don't remember but already made such a converter method in 
LoginJob (was for authentication modes), which got moved into the resource 
(r1126204 and r1126205) because it was the only intended consumer of said 
method.
